On Google TV, look for your agreed player through Search or the Apps tab. Finding a subscription name in general search is not the same as installing a compatible player application.

From search to an installed app

Search precisely rather than installing the first similar result

Also decide who manages the saved subscription entry. Keep the name recognisable without putting private details into its label. A room name or service label is enough; an email address or password does not belong in a visible account title.

5. Save and allow the list to load.
6. Test one available programme.

Check the final setup without the helper phone

A phone can make text entry easier, but finish by putting it aside and using the television remote alone. Open the player from the home screen, select the saved account and find a programme. Then return to the list and stop playback. This verifies that the normal household routine does not depend on the person who performed the installation or a temporary keyboard connection. If a step remains awkward, record that control rather than describing the whole device as incompatible. How can another viewer find the correct app?
